So I thought my Bio final was today, but I must have misread the schedule or misheard the professor. I woke up at 5 and left at 6 for my 8am exam, I walk into the room and it's a different class. I re read the schedule and of course my final was yesterday. My own fault for not checking twice, but I am so screwed if he doesn't let me take it later, he's a nice guy but I'm not sure he's nice enough to let me take it later than everyone else. RIP to my Biology grade, it was a good run but it wasn't meant to be.
Update:
So he thankfully had a makeup scheduled that will fit my needs.

Same thing happened to me last semester for a very specific class that's required for my major. I pretty much lost my shit when I found out, but it was a small class and the professor knew I had a good handle on the material and agreed to give me a C.
Good luck with everything, that's a tough place to be.

it's required for me also. It's a 100 level course that I need to pass to get all my classes for next semester that I already signed up for.

I did the same thing and immediately booked it to the profs office. She was fine with it and let me take it then and there. I'd get over there ASAP.

I don't live on campus. I booked it right to his office and he wasn't there, so I sent him an email and I'm still waiting to hear back.

That's rough : / I'm assuming a 100 level bio class is one of those massive lectures too where the prof probably doesn't even know your name right? Unless you go to a tiny liberal arts school I guess.

Class of 150 which is my smallest lecture. I think he knows me because I try to talk every once in a while so that when this happens he wouldn't think I skipped every lecture.

I did a mini version of this Tuesday. I thought the final started at 11:50, but it started at 11:20. I didn't realize until I walked in. Prof told me I was late, ya no shit. Still got to take it but don't know if he had any special instructions or not. It didn't go well anyway.

I did almost the same with my physics course once (but I realized my mistake before I left my apartment when I was checking where the exam was going to be held). In the next year I checked the date correctly but overslept and missed the exam for the second time. The third time was finally a success.
